Some residents of Kano State who attended an All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign rally have reportedly expressed dissatisfaction over the ₦3,000 they received for participating in the event.
The development has sparked reactions on social media, with some residents reportedly questioning the amount given to them after travelling to the rally venue.
In a viral video circulating on social media, one of the aggrieved residents, who spoke in Hausa, complained that the money was insufficient to cover the expenses incurred by some attendees.
“If you people keep giving us ₦3,000 for APC campaign, we won’t come again. Some of us borrowed transport fare to come to the campaign ground, and they are only paying us ₦3,000.”
