A tragic event unfolded in the Buh-speaking community of Nakere in Wamba Local Government Area (LGA) of Nasarawa State when unidentified gunmen carried out an attack on the area.
The assault resulted in the untimely demise of Tari Moses Gbaja, a youth leader widely known as T Boy.
The incident, which transpired on Wednesday, February 28, around 9 pm, also involved the abduction of a businessman named Nnamani Albert and Tabitha Dauda Musa, the wife of the presiding pastor of Christ-Elect Revival Mission.
Reports indicate that the assailants left numerous residents injured during the unfortunate incident.
Attempts to seek comments from the police regarding the matter were unsuccessful at the time of filing this report.
