The Supreme Court, led by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, has deferred judgment in an appeal aiming to remove Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasir Idris of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Following the final submissions from lawyers representing the parties involved, Justice Kekere-Ekun announced the reservation of judgment and assured that the parties would be informed once the decision is prepared for delivery.
