N’Delta entrepreneur applauds Tinubu for re-opening PH Refinery

Mr. Richard Akinaka, an entrepreneur from the Niger Delta region, commended President Bola Tinubu for the successful and timely reopening of the Port Harcourt Petroleum Refinery. Akinaka, the founder of Abitto Global Services Limited, an oil and gas service provider, emphasized that the refinery’s reopening would significantly impact Nigeria’s oil production and overall economy.

Addressing the press in Yenagoa, he lauded the refinery’s revamp and its commencement of production, highlighting its potential to alleviate pressure on the nation’s currency and foreign exchange inflow. He also recognized its role in advancing Nigeria’s goal of minimizing petroleum product imports.

Akinaka extended his appreciation to the Port Harcourt Refinery management under Mr. Ibrahim Onaja and the contractors, Technomont, acknowledging their relentless efforts and steadfast dedication in achieving the rehabilitation objectives for the refinery.
