Muhammed Danasabe, the Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Area in Kogi State, has passed away.
Danasabe succumbed to a brief illness in the early hours of Friday at a Lokoja hospital. His demise occurred just within 24 hours after the governorship election in the state.
As per a family source, the late chairman will be laid to rest at the Unguwan Kura Muslim Cemetery following the Juma’at prayer. He is survived by his mother, wife, and children.
