Returnee Super Falcons and Atletico Madrid striker, Rasheedat Ajibade is confident Nigeria can go all the way to pick valuable points against host country, Australia.
Nigeria go for broke against highly-rated Australia on Thursday but Ajibade is optimistic that Super Falcons will come out smoking against the host.
Ajibade is eligible to face The Aussies after serving her one-game ban, which ruled her out of Nigeria’s opening match against Canada.
“We remain focused on the matches ahead and will be fighting for maximum points in the subsequent matches.”
Nigeria needs a win and a draw to be sure of qualifying for the second round as only the best two teams from each group will continue in the competition.
