Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa has issued stern warning to his teammates on the need to take Sunday’s AFCON qualifiers against Sierra Leone very serious to ensure Nigeria did not suffer shocking defeat.
Speaking after team’s training, the Fatih Karagumruk winger said Nigeria would need to be at her best on Sunday, adding that there be no hidding place for the players if Sierra Leone beat Nigeria.
“We know that it is not going to be easy, maybe we win 10-0 it’s nothing new. They’ll say definitely you can do it but when we lose against them, it will be talk of the town.
“We know the importance so we have to do our best to win that game by God’s grace.” Musa said.
