Those who cannot do without local delicacies while on short break abroad should be ready to develop a hole in their pockets.
This might be the case with Davido’s logistic manager, Israel Afeare, better known as Israel DMW, who felt swindled after he spent N25,000 on a plate of eba with three meats in a London restaurant.
Isreal had traveled down to London to prepare ground for Davido’s grand performance in the UK. Tired of English breakfast, Isreal rushed to Nigerian restaurants where he was served a plate of eba with Ogbono soup but was stunned when he demanded for his bill
“25k for eba and ogbono soup of 3 types of meat? Wetin no reach 3k for Nigeria ooh. Hmmm,” he captioned the post on Instagram.
