“We Want to Win” — Arteta Fires Warning Ahead of Man City Clash

Mikel Arteta has insisted that Arsenal will go all out for victory against Manchester City in their crucial Premier League clash on Sunday.

The top-of-the-table encounter will take place at the Etihad Stadium, with Arsenal currently holding a six-point lead, although they have played one game more than their title rivals.

Despite the advantage, Arteta made it clear his team will not adopt a defensive approach or settle for a draw—an outcome that could still keep them firmly in control of the title race.

“We want to win the game. We are there to win the game,” Arteta said.

The Spaniard stressed that his team’s mentality remains unchanged, regardless of the stakes or venue.

“We haven’t talked about that [a draw]. We need to win the game, and we are preparing to win the game,” he added.

Arteta also dismissed any suggestion that playing at the Etihad would alter Arsenal’s approach, noting that his side would treat it like any other away fixture.

“There will be no difference to any stadium we have been to in the last five years. There’s no change there,” he said.

The match is expected to play a decisive role in the title race, with both teams pushing hard for Premier League glory.
