The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has expelled Nafiu Bala Gombe and Leke Abejide, from the party.
ADC at its national convention in Abuja on Tuesday, said the duo were expelled for anti-party activities.
Gombe, a former ADC Deputy National Chairman, has filed a suit in court challenging the leadership of Senator David Mark and Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.
Abejide, a serving member of the House of Representatives, is also has pending case against the party leadership in court.
