Award-winning Nigerian comedian Ayo Makun, better known as AY, has written an open letter to his upcoming colleague, MOP Comedian.
The upcoming comedian had first written a letter to AY admonishing him to postpone his Easter show because of his which is slated for March. He noted how AY is financially buoyant and influential to him.
Replying to him, AY noted how MOP and others calling him a legend is the reason why some brands overlook them, thinking they are already financially buoyant. He noted how MOP and other upcoming comedians had done everything possible to retire them from the market, but they wouldn’t agree.
Makun admonished him to do his show in peace and he would support him with his full chest. He further admonished him to leave them to do theirs as they have heavy school fees to pay both home and broad and the bills keep piling.
