The Speaker of the 8th Kwara State House of Assembly, Prof. Ali Ahmad has expressed sadness over the demise of Alhaji (Dr.) Tunde Kareem, a former council chairman for Ilorin South LGA who passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
In a statement by the spokesperson for his media office, Steve Makinde, the former speaker sends his heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased Isale-Asa born politician and the good people of Ilorin South LGA communities, describing the death of the former council boss as sad and huge loss.
The former speaker, while expressing his sympathy, also commiserate with the friends and associates of the deceased politician, asking Allah to grant them comfort to be able to bear the irreplaceable loss.
Professor Ali extols the late Dr. Tunde Kareem’s significant contributions to the development and growth of the Ilorin South LGA during his tenure as the council chairman.
He asks Allah to forgive the late Dr. Tunde Kareem and grant him befitting abode in Aljanatil Fridaus.
