If you see nonsense going on here, you will drop lawsuit – VDM writes Falz

Influencer, VDM has asked rapper Folarin Falana, also known as Falz, to join forces with him to combat corruption in Nigeria.

In a post on his Instagram page, VDM stated that if Falz witnessed the “nonsense” happening at the House of Representatives investigative panel, he would drop the lawsuit filed against him.

Falz and his father, renowned lawyer Femi Falana, had threatened to sue VDM for defamation of character after VDM shared an audio conversation allegedly between Bobrisky and another individual.

In the audio, it was claimed that Falz was involved in helping Bobrisky secure a presidential pardon and had requested 10 million Naira to complete the task.

Falz denied any involvement and clarified that he had only spoken with Bobrisky when the latter had asked for money. Bobrisky, however, denied being the individual in the audio recording and asserted that it was generated using AI.

VDM’s post is a call for a united front with Falz in the face of the ongoing issues, as he believes that if Falz were to witness the situation firsthand, he would understand and withdraw the lawsuit.
