The family of the late gospel singer Aduke Gold has announced the funeral arrangements following her recent passing.
Aduke, who succumbed to cervical cancer on Monday, August 12, 2024, will be laid to rest on Friday, August 23, 2024.
A candlelight procession in her honor is scheduled for Wednesday, August 21, followed by an artists’ night on Friday, August 22. Both events will be held at Karaole Primary School, Ifako, Lagos, from 6 pm to 6 am.
“We held a family meeting and decided that the burial would take place on the 23rd of August, with several outlined programmes. On the 21st, there will be a candlelight vigil,” the announcement read in part.
