Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate, Ben, recently revealed that Nelly had shared with him that her minimum requirement for upkeep from a boyfriend is N5 million.
During a conversation with Handi, Ben expressed doubts about the future of Nelly’s relationship with Sooj. He questioned whether their relationship would last, suggesting that it might face challenges.
Their conversation highlighted Ben’s concerns about the sustainability of their relationship given Nelly’s high expectations.
Ben said: “Two of them [Nelly and Sooj] like each other. But Sooj don love up like mad. So now this is the problem, I feel like after the house, they would just vibe. They won’t date long. I’m telling you my own prediction.”
Handi opined: “Why did you say so?”
Ben explained: “Number one, the age difference is too much.”
Handi remarked: “Age is nothing but a number.”
Ben emphasized: “Five years gap. Number two, I’m not trying to judge but I feel like Nelly be person wey eyes don tear. She said the least amount of money for upkeep she can manage is 5 million naira monthly. I’m not looking down on Sooj but he has other responsibilities.”
