The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gombe State has commenced its digital membership registration and revalidation exercise, with Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, formally flagging off the process at the State Party Secretariat.
Governor Inuwa Yahaya described the exercise as a landmark innovation that would accurately reflect the party’s numerical strength and deepen its organisational structure across the state and the country.
Commending President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the APC national leadership for the initiative, the Governor said the inclusion of National Identity Numbers, Voter Cards and APC membership cards would enhance the credibility and transparency of the exercise.
He called on party members at all levels to participate fully and take advantage of the opportunity to obtain digital certification as authentic members of the APC, assuring that the process would be seamless and inclusive.
Earlier, the State APC Chairman, Mr. Nitte Amangal, said the Governor’s participation officially marked the commencement of the exercise across the state, adding that the initiative was designed to strengthen the party’s base and improve its organisational efficiency ahead of the 2027 general elections.
