The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has instructed telecommunications operators to promptly restore all phone lines that were blocked due to the failure to link National Identification Numbers (NIN) to SIM cards.
This directive was announced in a statement on Monday by Reuben Muoka, the Director of Media and Public Affairs at the NCC.
