Actor Femi Ogedengbe shared a harrowing experience from several years ago when he was approached with a job offer to become a drug smuggler.
Appearing as a guest on Teju Baby Face’s program, the movie actor recounted how a wealthy individual invited him to Shoprite and proposed a deal: offering him N3 million to transport materials outside the country.
Understanding that Femi was facing financial difficulties at the time, the man presented it as a gesture of assistance.
Femi disclosed that during his interactions with this wealthy man, he encountered several women who were involved in similar activities. He learned that some had just returned from trips where they delivered substances.
Troubled by the proposition, Femi decided to confide in his wife, calling her for a meeting where they prayed together for a change in their circumstances so he wouldn’t be tempted to accept the offer.
