Veteran actress Shan George has weighed in on the ongoing podcast saga involving her colleague Yvonne Jegede and on-air personality Nedu Wazobia.
Yvonne Jegede recently appeared on “The Honest Bunch” podcast, where she expressed support for Yul Edochie’s decision to marry a second wife, Judy Austin. She later issued a public apology for her remarks.
In response, Nedu suggested that Yvonne should have stood by her words and advised her to always speak with pride.
Shan George reacted by asserting that everyone has the right to speak and apologize if they realize they were wrong. She noted that Nedu was just doing his job by asking questions and encouraging open discussion.
However, she emphasized that Yvonne should have been more careful with her words. Despite this, Yvonne apologized, and Shan questioned why the issue is being blown out of proportion since an apology had been made.
