The two have been vocal about their mutual dislike and have had numerous online altercations. However, Saida Boj seems to have developed a soft spot for the activist since his detainment.
VeryDarkMan was recently remanded in jail pending his next court appearance. In response, Saida Boj posted a video on her page, criticizing Nigerians for abandoning him and not fighting for his freedom.
She emphasized his good heart and his consistent efforts to help poor people without seeking payment. Saida pleaded with Nigerians to forgive him and called for a photo of him to be circulated until it reaches the appropriate authorities to secure his release.
