A woman, Salisu Aishat, and seven others have been arrested in connection with the death of a yet-to-be-identified man in the Ijora Badia area of Lagos State.

Reports indicate that Aishat was celebrating her birthday and had invited guests to join her on Olayemi Street, Ijora Badia. The celebration took a tragic turn when the victim was found lying unconscious on the floor during the festivities.

Witnesses at the scene moved closer to investigate and discovered a wound on the man’s head, suggesting foul play. A source, who wished to remain anonymous for fear of retribution, described the chaotic scene that unfolded as party attendees realized the gravity of the situation.

“There was a party on Olayemi Street, Ijora Badia, and a fight broke out during the celebration. Suddenly, the man was found lying on the ground. When people moved closer, they discovered he had died and had a head wound,” the source said.
