The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has announced that it will take decisive action against any loan application operating in Nigeria that engages in the harassment of customers.
The commission has expressed its strong disapproval of these unethical practices and has committed to blocking any such apps that are found to be in violation of consumer rights.
