The Nigeria Railway Property Management Company Limited (RPMCL) in Kaduna has announced plans to commence the renovation of facilities along the Kaduna railway line in the near future.
Expressing dissatisfaction with the current condition of these facilities, the company emphasized the importance of refurbishing them to provide customers with value for their money.
During a press briefing, the Managing Director of RPMCL, Mr. Timothy Zalanga, revealed that 10 rented facilities in Kaduna South were recently sealed following routine inspections. Zalanga voiced concern over the occupants’ lack of adherence to established rules and regulations and pledged to recover outstanding debts related to these rented facilities.
He underscored the government’s obligation to ensure that businesses operating within the company’s premises fulfill their rental obligations, urging the public to view the government as a partner in progress.
