Anthony Joshua is determined to secure a knockout victory over Francis Ngannou and leave a lasting impression in their super-fight scheduled for Friday in Saudi Arabia.
With a three-fight winning streak, Joshua is steadily working his way back into world title contention. In December, he showcased a dominant performance, dispatching Otto Wallin in five rounds.
However, Joshua anticipates a distinct challenge in his non-title bout against Ngannou. He aims to deliver a powerful statement with a decisive win in their upcoming clash.
“I believe I can knock him out. Definitely. I would love to knock him out and make a statement.
“Physically I feel strong, feeling good. Strong enough to get the job done and mentally I’m in a place where I’m ready for war. I’m looking forward to the challenge,” Joshua told Sky Sports.
