President Bola Tinubu has given his approval for the restructuring of the executive management teams within agencies under the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
According to Mr. Badamasi Haiba, the Director of Information at the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, this decision was communicated in a statement released on Thursday in Abuja.
The affected agencies include the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN). Haiba outlined the appointments approved by the president, which include Mr. Shehu Osodi as the new Managing Director of FMBN, Mr. Ibidapo Odojukan as Executive Director of Finance & Corporate Services, Mr. Muhammad Abdu as Executive Director of Loans & Mortgage Services, and Ms. Chinenye Anosike as Executive Director of Business Development & Portfolios.
Additionally, Hon. Oyetunde Ojo has been appointed Managing Director of the Federal Housing Authority, with Mr. Mathias Byuan serving as Executive Director of Housing Finance & Accounts. Other appointments within FHA include Mr. Umar Abdullahi as Executive Director of Business Development, Mr. Oluremi Omowaiye as Executive Director of Project Implementation, and Mr. Ezekiel Nya-Etok as Executive Director of Estate Services.
