Nigerian forward David Okereke has finalized a loan transfer to Serie A side Torino from US Cremonese. Torino retains the option to secure the striker on a permanent basis after the season.
The 26-year-old, who previously played for a Belgian Pro League team before joining Cremonese in 2022, is now set to don the jersey number 21 for his new club. Having scored nine goals in 50 league appearances for Cremonese, the
former U-23 Eagles striker embarks on a new chapter with Torino. As of now, Torino holds the 10th position in the Serie A table, accumulating 31 points from 21 matches.
