The Federal Capital Territory High Court has approved the application of Godwin Emefiele, a former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, to travel outside Abuja. However, the court has stipulated that Emefiele must stay within the country.
Initially, his bail conditions confined him to the Federal Capital Territory. Subsequently, Emefiele, represented by his attorney Mathew Bukka, sought a modification of these terms.
