Former Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, has urged the Super Eagles to beat hosts, Cote d’Ivoire, when the two sides meet in their second group A match at the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON).
The ex-governor gave the charge during a visit to the team’s camp in Abidjan.
He was joined by the former Super Eagles captain, Austin Jay Jay Okocha, and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau, during the team’s dinner on Wednesday.
