The Supreme Court has deferred its decision on an appeal brought by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate, Saidu Umar, challenging the election of Sokoto State Governor, Ahmad Aliyu.
After hearing arguments from the concerned parties on Wednesday, January 17, the five-member panel, presided over by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, reserved judgment and adjourned the matter.
