The Zamfara State Government has allocated a total of N424.3 billion for the upcoming fiscal year of 2024.
During the presentation of the budget to the state House of Assembly, Governor Dauda Lawal emphasized the administration’s commitment to prioritizing security, healthcare, and education.
Governor Lawal acknowledged Zamfara’s status as the least developed state in the country and pledged to alter this trajectory during his tenure.
He vowed to address the issue of banditry, which he identified as a significant obstacle to the region’s progress, aiming to put an end to it.
