Nigerian/Russian musician, Adeleke Timileyin Tunde, popularly known as Ekunrawo said his love for entertainment started from an early age.
The singer, who also has eye on the fashion industry, said he is set to carve a niche for himself in the Nigerian music industry.
“My love with entertainment started at a very early stage, as a young boy as early as when I was eight years old.
“I was always break-dancing with friends; we went as far as forming a group to entertain people and we performed in many competitions across Africa.
“I have performed in the US, London, Russia and a host of other European countries.
“You know as the saying goes, east or west, home is best, I feel it is time to return home to contribute my quota to the development of the Nigerian music industry, and also to make a name for myself here,” he said.
The Full Star Records fast-rising artist, who describes his music as Afro beat with a fusion of Hip hop and dancehall, has been celebrated on several stages in countries such as United States of America, London, Russia, Cyprus, Belgium and Ukraine.
Ekunrawo, who is also set to make his mark on the fashion industry, recently dropped his latest effort, the video to his Russian song that translate to ‘This Is Between Us’.
During a recent interview with Juke Box, the multilingual Russia-based Nigerian born singer, stressed that it was indeed his time to take over.
He added that he also hopes to pursue his career as a model alongside his music career.
Ekunrawo, a Nigerian multi lingua musician based in Russia, was born on June 27, 1986 in Lagos, and attended Haddin Memorial School Okesha, Ado for his primary school leaving certificate.
He started his music career in 2012 and was signed in 2018 to Fullstar Media. He is fluent in Yoruba, English and Russian languages.
Apart from music, Ekunrawo is an international fashion model and a civil engineer. An alumnus of the prestigious Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering of Volgograd State Technical University in Russia (IACE of VSTU), the music star is a PhD holder.
His latest musical EP project, “Show Some Love” has gained acceptance among Nigerians and turning to a viral hit with the lead single “For Your Head” with Perruzi.
