Notorious Cult Leader ‘Alagbon’ nabbed by Anambra Police

In a significant breakthrough, the Anambra State Police Command has successfully captured Obioma Okafor-Ama, commonly known as ‘Alagbon,’ a feared cult leader who has wreaked havoc and instilled fear among the residents of Nise Community in Awka South Local Government Area and nearby regions.

‘Alagbon,’ who had long eluded the police and was a wanted fugitive, was finally apprehended on October 19th in his secret hideout, thanks to a critical tip-off received by personnel from the Rapid Response Squad (RSS) stationed in Awkuzu.

Confirming the arrest, Commissioner of Police Aderemi Adeoye, in Awka, stated that the suspect is now in police custody and will face charges after a thorough investigation is concluded.
