Popular blogger Tunde Olaoluwa Adekunle, known as Tunde Ednut, recently found his Instagram account deactivated, marking the fourth time this has occurred in the past three years. Notably, TikTok sensation and activist Martins Vincent Otse, who goes by Verydarkman, claimed that Instagram took this action due to Ednut’s incessant focus on him and his endeavors. Ednut’s persistent call-outs of specific brands and celebrities ultimately led to numerous users reporting his account, ultimately resulting in its suspension.
Sharing his perspective on his Instagram page, Otse articulated, “The truth is Tunde Ednut lost his account because he didn’t stop posting me. You guys will not understand the hate I have been facing since I started talking about a lot of injustice, and everything is just too much. I wasn’t supposed to say it, but it is a fact, I made them report Tunde’s page.”
This development not only underscores the impact of digital confrontations in the world of social media but also highlights the growing significance of online activism and the potential consequences for individuals who consistently engage in such behavior.
