Renowned singer Paul Okoye, who is also known as Rudeboy from the Psquare, has voiced his frustration regarding the significant economic hardships in the country, specifically the sharp rise in fuel prices.
The artist behind ‘Reason With Me’ lamented that he bought his first car many years ago for N120,000, but currently, he is shelling out N3 million each month to procure diesel.
On his Instagram story, Rudeboy characterized the economic state as “complete madness” and conveyed his sympathy for the challenges confronting the less privileged.
“I bought my first car 120k naira years back and I was very proud of that… Now I spend 3m naira on diesel for just a month… Total madness. Only God knows what a common man is going through,” he wrote.
