The Taraba State Governorship Election Tribunal has affirmed the legitimate election of Agbu Kefas, representing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as the Governor.
The tribunal’s three-member panel of justices concluded that the petition challenging Kefas’ election lacked merit and, as a result, was dismissed.
