The husband of actress Anita Joseph, MC Fish, has thrown down a challenge to Angela Okorie, urging her to provide evidence to substantiate her claims that his wife was unfaithful.
Angela Okorie had previously made allegations that Anita Joseph and Uche Elendu resorted to sleeping with a native doctor in order to gain fame. She further asserted that Anita Joseph had engaged in extramarital affairs, even sharing a private chat as supposed evidence.
In response, MC Fish took to his official Instagram story to share his thoughts on the matter and directly call out Okorie. He dared her to present concrete proof to support her accusations of infidelity against his wife.
MC Fish stressed the importance of the burden of proof lying with the accuser rather than the accused. He stated that anyone making allegations must provide compelling and indisputable evidence that establishes guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
Drawing a parallel, MC Fish mentioned Peter Obi, who reportedly presented substantial evidence in court to support his case. He encouraged people not to demand that others defend themselves against unproven claims.
Instead, he suggested that if the accuser fails to provide irrefutable evidence, it is best to disregard the allegations and move forward.

“If someone comes out to accuse another, he/she has to provide proof. The burden of proof lies on the accuser, not the accused. You must prove beyond reasonable doubt that the accused is guilty. That is why Peter Obi took a container full of proof to the court. Stop asking people to defend unproven allegations. If the accuser doesn’t provide irrefutable evidence, just ignore and move on. XYZ did so and so. No wahala, drop evidence, if you don’t have evidence, keep quiet”.
