Irked by court ruling, the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has vowed to contest Abuja Federal High Court judgment on the civil rights claim filed by former JAMB Registrar, Prof. Adedibu Ojerinde
ICPC N1 was slammed with million damages and cost of N200,000 respectively for arresting Ojerinde
over alleged corrupt practices which amounted whopping N900m.
Also in January 2023, the ICPC re-arrested Ojerinde following order issued by the Chief Judge of the high court, Justice John Tsoho, on an ex-parte application that was brought by the commission.
