On Tuesday, June 27, 2023, Yul, a well-known Nigerian actor, took to Twitter to ask President Tinubu to free Kanu, the leader of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), who is currently in custody.
The actor implored the president to release the IPOB leader.
His tweet reads:
