According to Adesope Shopsdoo, the Afrobeat podcaster, Wizkid and his production team accomplished a feat that is usually associated with exceptionally talented and wealthy international musicians. Shopsdoo explained that they dismantled the stage and production setup intended for all artists at the festival and built a new one specifically for Wizkid’s performance.
According to reports, the specially designed set for Wizkid came at a cost of N69 million.
