Oil magnate, Peter Mbah has been declared winner of the Enugu State Peoples Democratic Party Governorship primary election. Mr Mbah who’s the executive chairman of Pinnacle Oil and Gas, emerged the party’s candidate after scoring 790 votes to edge other contestants. ARISE Correspondent Abel Ejikeme reports.
