Super Eagles weapon of mass destruction, Victor Osimhen has ascribed all glory to God after Napoli broke 33-years jinx to clinch the Scudetto on Thursday night.
Osimhen scored what turned out to the most vital goal of the night to tie the game at 1-1 against Udinese as Napoli held their nerves to win the Italian Serie A after waiting for over three decades.
The former Lille striker was on Twitter to expressed his gratitude to God for a rough journey that ended well on Thursday night saying : A prophecy fulfilled. God is the Greatest! he said in a tweet.
Napoli were highly tipped to beat Salernitana on Saturday after Lazio lost to Inter, but the coach Luciano Spaletti side laboured to a 1-1 draw to extend the wait.
The wait finally ended on Thursday night and the whole city of Naples is in celebration mood.
