Hapoel Jerusalem goalkeeper, Adeleye Adebayo says he is looking forward to stagging a comeback to the senior national team, iwitnesslive.com can exclusively report.
Highly-rated and loved by Super Eagles teammates and backroom staff for his work rate, the former Golden Eaglets goalkeeper remains Nigeria’s most informed goalkeeper in Europe at the moment based on current form after his saves between the stick earned his club a place in the Israeli League playoffs.
But he was dropped from Super Eagles’ double-headed clash against The Djuturs of Guinea Bissau after coach Jose Peseiro was ordered by his employers to reduce the number of foreign-based players for the match.
” The reason behind my being left out of the game against Guinea-Bissau was communicated to me. I’m already looking forward to our next engagement against Sierra-Leone and Sao Tome.
” I will continue to work hard and hopefully, I will get my chance to prove my mettle.
“I have really missed the camaraderie in Eagles’ camp and I can’t wait to return by his grace,” he told iwitnesslive.com from his base
