Voting in Alasawa Kwaciri ward 030, Kurna Gabas of Fagge LGA was distributed by stern-looking, weapon wielding thugs as voters ran for safety.
Men and women took to their heels after they were petted with stones by thugs. It took the timely intervention of the state policemen before order was restored as thugs ran for cover upon sighing the security operatives.
The armed policemen were lauded for their effort as voting activities eventually resumed uninterrupted in the area.
