Police vow to deal with IPOB invasion of Lagos as Igbo chief threatens govt (Video)

The Lagos State Police Command has vowed to deal with any threat following a viral video in which a self-acclaimed Eze of Ajao Estate threatened to invite the separatist group, Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) to Lagos for the security of their people against thugs.

The self-acclaimed chief was seen in the viral video saying they would resort to inviting IPOB to safeguard their lives and properties in Lagos.

The Eze alleged that their lives and business are not safe anymore in Lagos State at the hands of a group sabotaging their daily activities.

However, the Police Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin assured Lagosians to maintain calm saying the command would not fold its arm and allow that to happen.

“To start with, the ever-ready @LagosPoliceNG will never fold its arms and allow such within the state…,” he wrote.
