The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Caleb Mutfwang, as the winner of the March 18 governorship election in Plateau State.
Mutfwang defeated Nentawe Yilwatda of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to win the gubernatorial election.
