Peoples Democratic Party presidential candidate, Stiju Abu akar has been declared the winner of Saturday’s elections in Bauchi state.
It was a huge setback for All Progressive Congress( APC) presidential candidates, Bola Tinubu and Peter Ibi of Labiur as PDP raked in 489,045 to defeat APC which secured 482,283 votes
NNPP Rabiu Kwankwaso scored 69,386 while Labour was fourth with 6,376 votes.
Bauchi State’s returning officer who doubles as vice chancellor of the Federal University Gusau, Professor Muazu Abubakar declared Atiku the winner of Saturday polls.
