Flying Eagles will be seeking to bounce back from rock bottom when they file out against Young Pharaohs tonight.
Still smarting from their 1-0 loss to Senegal on Sunday, the coach Ladan Bosso-tutored side will be armed to teeth in search of goals knowing full well that only a win will keep them in the competition.
Nigeria is currently fourth on the log with no point, and nothing less than a win over the host would see Flying Eagles stand a chance of qualifying for the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
Flying Eagles will be without midfielder Daniel Daga after he failed to recover from the injury he sustained against Senegal.
It promises to be a tough one for Flying Eagles considering Egypt’s resolve to make home advantage count.
The kick-off time is 6 pm Nigeria time.
