Leader of the delegation, Jenai Cox, who is IRI African Regional Director, told the party that the delegation was on pre-election assessment mission, “to learn more from a variety of stakeholders about the pre-election period and preparations ahead of the general election.”

Cox said the delegation would share its recommendations towards the end of the week with stakeholders, “where we will have a preliminary statement available.”

Other members of the delegation are Jendayi Frazier, former U.S Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, IRI President, Dr. Daniel Twining, and IRI West African Regional Program Director, Sentell Barnes.
