2027: APC again revises timetable for primaries elections

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has once again revised its timetable and schedule of activities for the 2027 general elections.

The latest decision was contained in a statement signed by the party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu.

The party had last week adjusted its earlier schedule, announcing that its presidential convention would hold on May 23. However, in a fresh update released on Monday, the APC unveiled a new timetable reflecting further changes.

According to the statement, the revised schedule includes adjustments to timelines for screening, appeals, and primary elections. It also provides directives on the sale of forms, as well as details of the party’s designated bank accounts for the purchase of Expression of Interest and Nomination forms.

The statement noted that the changes are part of efforts to ensure a smooth and transparent electoral process within the party.
