The All Progressives Congress (APC) Italy Chapter, under the leadership of Prince Chima Ibezim, has congratulated Dr. Bernard Doro on his nomination and confirmation as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In a statement released to journalists in Abuja on Thursday, the Chapter also commended President Bola Tinubu and the National Party Leadership under His Excellency, Prof. Mentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, for what it described as a remarkable and laudable appointment.
Dr. Doro, who served as the outgoing Financial Secretary of the recognised APC UK Chapter under the leadership of Hon. Tunde Doherty (Chairman, APC UK and APC Committee of Diaspora Chapters – CDC), is widely known for his commitment, loyalty, and proficiency in party activities across the UK and the diaspora.
Speaking through its National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Julios Osasehi, the APC Italy Chapter praised President Tinubu’s administration for its ongoing efforts to harness competent intellectual and human capacity from the Nigerian diaspora a move the Chapter believes will enhance followership and strengthen the party’s global network of support.
“We are proud of Dr. Doro’s elevation and remain steadfast in our support for the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The inclusion of dedicated diaspora professionals like Dr. Doro reaffirms the administration’s commitment to excellence and inclusive governance,” Hon. Osasehi stated.
The Chapter reaffirmed its readiness to continue mobilising Nigerians in the diaspora to contribute meaningfully to national development and to uphold the ideals of the APC.
